Toman Sedayu Nauli is a company based in Sibolga, North Sumatra, Indonesia, currently operating in the livestock sector with a focus on poultry farming. As part of its long-term vision, the company is preparing to expand into agriculture as well as service-based industries, including nature tourism, restaurants, and homestay businesses.
To support its operational needs, Toman Sedayu Nauli initiated the development of a web-based management system tailored specifically for poultry farming activities. This project was carried out through a collaboration with Mr. Evan, a UI/UX designer from Telkom University, while our team was responsible for the full-stack web development, contributing to both system implementation and feature enhancement to ensure practical usability.

The platform is built using Next.js with a clean architecture approach, styled using Tailwind CSS, and deployed via Vercel to ensure efficient development and streamlined deployment.
While measurable impact is still being observed as the system continues to be utilized, the platform is designed to provide a more structured and centralized way to manage poultry operations, reducing reliance on fragmented manual processes and enabling better data organization.
This system also serves as an initial step toward broader digitalization, with future potential to support additional business units as Toman Sedayu Nauli expands into agriculture and service industries.
